With a City Hall unwilling to concede to a failed Capital management, Council’s Parks Committee with its oversight authority now needs to step up.  Failing taking decisive action to replace management the Council will be accountable in the press for Park’s continued waste. Please do not add to their waste spending salaries on your proposals. Projects Management Reform Task Force (PMRTF), Parks and Recreation web based Capital Projects Tracker (PRCPT), Slow Burn Reports (SBR), notification of denial process for to get greater transparency? This isn't

"FUNDIMENTALY REFORM this system." Councilman Landers called for  it's just more bureaucrat layers further delaying work by professionals already demoralized. Freed by you of the “ Notorious Dysfunctional” management they would put Capital Projects back in track overnight.

Park’s Should be the last place in our city that there is  documented atrocious waste  because it disproportionately hurts our children. Please for them no more wasted years of hearings and press. Thank you
